Refund policy

Cancellations:

We are unable to offer cancellations since production begins as soon as the order is received and credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Returns:

Iggi offers a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE with 100% FREE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for all items (except marked "FINAL SALE") up to 14 days after the items has arrived.  Please contact us at alison@iggigems.com who will email you a free pre-paid return label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it and all its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we received the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your refund.  You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to post on your bank account.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.  Please contact us at alison@iggigems.com and we will either provide a refund or a replacement, per your request.
